(review & giveaway)

I love unique shirts with fun sayings or logos! I also love pop culture and things that bring back nostalgia from my childhood/growing up years. When I came across, it fit my likings to a...well, a tee - or more fittingly, a t-shirt!

I'll admit, I had a hard time deciding what shirt to get. There are so many that bring back great memories for me. I'll share my top 5 favorites with you:
I would have gotten Connie Moreau's #
I always wanted to work at the Max - Kelly made it seem so cool!
Salute Your Shorts - the summer camp I always wanted to attend
I have always had a thing for his mullet! haha

and of course, the shirt, I chose:

I'm a member of the All-American League...
Queen of Hearts : Dottie Hinson
There were just so many shirts to choose from BUT I am glad I chose the one I did. I love "A League of Their Own;" one of my favorite movies of all time. I played softball for 14 years so it's especially dear to my heart.

My husband thought I was getting an actual jersey - with the buttons and everything. I'm not disappointed the shirt is not like that; like Mae Mordabito says, "What if at a key moment in the game my, my uniform bursts open and, uh, oops., my bosoms come flying out? That, that might draw a crowd, right?" I definitely don't need to draw a crowd!

The material of this shirt is good. The size fits like a baby t-shirt. While I can fit into a medium in other shirts, I knew that would be too snug with a women's fitted shirt, so I went for a large. It fits me really well. It's not too snug where it looks like I'm wearing my son's shirt, but it's definitely not loose like a regular t-shirt. I like the front; if you look closely, it looks like it's a sewn-on patch, just like their jerseys probably were.

Another great thing about this shirt? One of you will get your very own A League of Their Own Shirt!!
You will get to choose whose name you want on the back, too: Dottie Hinson (#8), Mae Mordabito (#5), Kit Keller (#23), Doris Murphy (#22), Marla Hootch (#32), or Jimmy Dugan (#3).

I would probably get the Bayside Tigers shirt. I loved Saved By The Bell too. But there are actually a lot of shirts I'd love to have.

I loved Madonna's character Mae. But one of my favorite parts of the movie is when Marla Hootch sings and says "I'm singing to Nelson!" LOL!

Oh my goodness! I may have just wet my pants! :) I have the Mighty Ducks shirt, with Banks on it (loved him!). But, I seriously want to Max shirt! I want it real bad. I also like the Bayside Tigers shirt. Those shirts are so neat and I think I may want several..haha.

My favorite quote is: "I'm gonna give the wife a quick pickle tickle and be on my way." haha.

My favorite character is Jimmy Dugan, of course!

And, I already follow you on Facebook.

Wonder Woman.. but I enjoy the soft fitting mens shirt, and I found this one!

The Karate Kid tournament shirt, LOL. Thats awesome. I actually wear these type of shirts. I have Underdog, Bert, Fruit Loops, & Wheres Waldo so far. I get them on clearance at Target cause I fit size small and there is only cool ones in size small left on clearance! Haha! They are SO COMFORTABLE if you get the soft feel ones and fit around my hips well. (Since I've seen exact ones from Target on this site, I figured I'd throw that out there!)

I loved all the shirts but my favorites were the Rydell High and Double Dare shirts! I adored Mae, she was just hilarious throughout the whole movie. My favorite quote was Hey Cowgirls see the grass? Don't eat it.
