13 Reasons I LOVE the Fall: 1. Cooler weather 2. Less sunscreen! Moose is already thanking me for that....less greasy hair for him . 3. Jeans and sweatshirts!! Woo hoo. No more shaving my legs ....totally kidding... 4. Leaves changing colors. 5. Jumping in piles of leaves. I cannot WAIT to teach Moose how to do this. 6. Football season! Go Huskers! 7. Back to school. Between the hours of 8-3, our apartment is quiet with the neighbor kids at school. hahaha 8. Great nap time weather. Add a comfy quilt and I'm set! 9. Hot chocolate and apple cider! 13 Things I Love About Scrapbooking: 1) You can step back in time 2) Putting the perfect picture in the perfect place on the perfect page 3) Stickers! I love feeling like a kid 4) The organization of it all (I'm totally Type A) 5) If I have time, I can always make one for someone else 6) I can have all the time in the world or 5 minutes & still get something done (even if it's just picking out the right paper to use) 7) There are whole stores devoted to my one hobby 8) The dream of actually selling scrapbooks for someone some day - they would make great graduation, confirmation, baptism, new baby, wedding, etc. gifts 9) Glitter pens - reminiscent of high school 10) The look on people's faces when they look at scrapbooks....memories rush over them that are enhanced by the designs behind the pictures 11) Not only can you capture the moment in a photograph, you can tell what's happening through the scrapbook page 12) It is a neat and organized way to be a pack rat! 1...

13 Reasons I Adore Rainy Days: 1. My husband stays home (he works outside). 2. Naps are SO much better when the sun's not shining 3. Rain = no walks = lazy day 4. Everything gets greener outside 5. Movies & popcorn 6. Even the baby seems more relaxed 7. If we do venture out, I don't have to use (as much) sunscreen 8. Cooler weather (I'm a fan of spring, not summer) 9. Getting to show Moose rain 10. Thunder (it used to scare me, now it's almost relaxing *unless it's one of those really loud ones) 11. Rain really brings out the God in everything (more & more life comes out) 12. The smell of it just before it rains (after, it smells like fish/worms) 13. I get my hair dyed today (going back to au natural because I'm too lazy/poor to keep dying it blonde)
