WW: angry face
Squirt made this angry face a week ago, or so, and it's just hilarious! You say "show me angry" and he'll instantly go into this face. then he'll instantly go back to his happy, giggly self. this is his surprised face! Surprise! I think this is the sad face. I love this kid! Crazy as he is!
WW: sunflowers
I adore sunflowers (although I know this isn't the best picture of them)! The way they follow the sun and are just bright. Whose day isn't brightened when they look at these beauties?

Q & M (the mom) & their kids, L & B, have been such good friends to us since our move to Humboldt. She's watched the kids while I get to sit in the dentist chair (which is a God send) and gone walking with me (although she walks FAST). She's how I heard about the aerobics class I took when we first moved, too. So yeah basically she's been awesome. Mid-last week we met her and the kids at the park because it was so nice out (jacket weather). Q brought the kids push-pops; Moose had never had one. I used to love these when I was little (my cousin would get them)! I think the kids had a grand ol' time eating away before they melted. Moose cried when his was gone...all good things come to an end, kiddo. But it's been great getting to know this family and we appreciate their friendship so much! Wordless/Wordful Wednesday: Grandparents
These are my parents: Randy & Fonda Moose loves his "ampa" with his "ustase" (mustache). Grandpa loves to cuddle with the little guy, too. This is my favorite picture: check out Moose's face. ANTM anyone? LOL Wordful Question: Do you like it when your parents or in-laws drop by unexpectedly? I do have to say this, at least they drop by. I have a friend who lives mere miles from her parents but because they live "outside" the city, her parents never come to see them. Ok maybe not wordLESS Wednesday but the picture is definitely worth 1000 words! I'm not going to lie & say this unemployment thing has been totally sucky. Big A has been home so much more & Moose is getting to hang out with Daddy that much more. It's so nice! So today when Big A went to work for a friend, I really didn't want him to go. I know we need the money & he has to go, but ugh...just lounging around the house, him scouring the Internet for jobs and hanging out with us has been really nice. But I know someday very soon, Big A will find a job and will have to go back to work for the majority of the day. But if nothing else, I know this tough time has had some silver lining behind it. We've been to the park and library together, and got to bake some cakes for the party (well, Big A baked, I decorated). And hopefully tomorrow or Friday we'll get to have some quality hang out time with our friends.
