Slim Me Down Challenge

Emmi from Mommy's Free Time and Jennifer from Life with the Lebedas have teamed up to start a 'Slim Me Down' WEEKLY Challenge. Each week they'll be weighing in, talking about our successes, struggles and goals. They'll be posting new recipes to try, websites to check out and support each other through the journey.
While I have completed most of my weight-loss goals (for those of you who are new here, I lost 50 pounds in the last year via running and Biggest Loser DVDs...mostly running), I'm still not to my goal weight. So maybe this will help me shed the last 5-15 pounds (I'm not 100% on where I'd like to stop...but the Wii says I still have 15 pounds until my goal BMI).

Starting weight: 144.6
Goal: 2 pounds in 2 weeks 
(I like to take it slow)

Hi! I am following from the Weight Loss Challenge! I wish I had the motivation to run. I think that's a great way to burn those extra calories! I am excited to follow your progress!

That sounds like a good goal! I can't wait to hear more about your weight loss! Congrats on achieving 50 pounds! That so inspiring!

I've never heard anything about the Biggest Loser dvds. I might have to check that out! My plan is to switch to something new when I feel myself getting bored. That way I won't want to quit.

Hey, kinda nosey here...but how tall are you? My weight is w/in a few pounds of yours and I'm 5'4". My goal is to lose 5-10lbs (I call it vanity weight) this year---hopefully in the first part of the year :)
