Ultimate Blog Party!

Ultimate Blog Party 2010
First let me apologize for my lack of a super cool introductory post for the Blog Party. Like with many things, I have procrastinated {is it really procrastinating when you just completely forgot?}.

Secondly, let me welcome you to the S Club 4. I'm Randi {aka S Club Mama}. I am a Christian SAHM of two boys {Moose & Squirt}, married to a seriously wonderful {and pretty hot} man, Big A. I love athletics - played volleyball in high school, and softball for a year in college {14 years altogether}, and apparently, I'm a runner {training for my first marathon...slowly...but it's this coming September}. I can also be found on twitter. I am newly 24 but most people think I'm older than that {it's ok, I'm used to it}. I have an English degree that I am not sure will ever get used in the work world...I'm hoping because I'll be homeschooling. But I have a few years to figure all of that out...until then, I'm enjoying the time with my kids and husband {and all of my bloggy friends}.

Big A is my college sweetheart. He's the kind of man every woman wants to marry: he cooks, bakes, cleans, and is so good with kids. He's 6'4" and very muscular {stop drooling}. I consider myself the most blessed wife ever! Let's just say when I was pregnant with Moose, I hardly did anything around the house. He has always provided for our family, fully supporting me to stay home to raise our kids. We have been married for 3 1/2 years and each year has been more exciting than the last. He works at our local feed store, loves LOVES LOVES Husker football, and baking cookies.

Moose is our 2-year-old. He's a fireball! The spitting image of Big A. He's a very polite boy but has a hard time sharing. Moose loves the ladies! He loves his little brother - and loves taking the poor baby's socks off {what is with that?}. His favorite movie is Cars, his current favorite tv show is Blue's Clues, and I don't know what his favorite song is {although he sings a mad rendition of Bad Romance}. Running happens to be his favorite thing, although I don't think a marathon is in his near future. We get asked at least once a month if we've talked to Coach Pelini about his future as a linebacker.

Squirt is 9-months-old {tomorrow}. He is actively mobile. He follows me like a little lost puppy. I recently realized that he resembles a baby orangutan with his big eyes, skinny limbs, and big ol' belly {and I mean this is a really loving way}.  He does not like peas or green beans; therefore resembles an Oompa Loompa some days with his intake of orange baby food. He wants very badly to eat "real" food but has no teeth {and can hardly deal with those baby puffs without trying to choke}. His favorite toys are whatever Moose is currently playing with. His favorite past time is pulling hair {and jewelry}.

There you have it, we are the S Club. Enjoy the Blog Party from 5 Minutes for Mom {they said to say which prize we'd like but any prize is frosting on the cake because I'm hoping to meet up with more like-minded moms - and some not-so-like minded}.
