what's for Thanksgiving?

Tonight some friends are having a Thanksgiving dinner. We've been doing this for maybe the past 2 years, so I'm very excited. I'm going to make the pumpkin crisp again - it's so yummy.

However, I'm not feeling the best today so I'm hoping that I'll feel better in time to bake & eat.

Shoot, I just remembered that I needed to buy the french onion things for green bean casserole...darn it. Back to the store.

BUT on Saturday I'm making chocolate cheesecake.

What are YOU making for Thanksgiving celebrations??

I'm "making" my mom cook! LOL Just kidding. Sort of.
I'm not much of a kitchen person and my mom LOVES cooking so I am her sous chef. I'm looking forward to her homemade tortillas and rice stuffing! Yum!
Happy Thanksgiving!

I.LOVE.THANKSGIVING.
It's my favorite holiday. I love cooking all that food and I love eating all that food!
We are going to MIL's to eat at noon, then we will eat again at home that evening so I'm cooking the whole shabang! I have to cook Thanksgiving Dinner, even if we do go somewhere else.
We'll have turkey, dressing, mashed taters, gravy, green beans, sweet potato casserole, home made bread, collard greens, corn and cranberry sauce. Sounds good, don't it?!
