Twilight Update
Real quick update on my Twilight status. I finished Twilight (book 1) on Friday. Luckily, the library had 2 New Moon copies, and I will finish it tonight. Yeah, my husband says he's glad I'm enjoying myself but it's kind of crazy. Oh well. I'm just hoping the library has my reserved copy of the third book by tomorrow. Hopefully, the person who has it now is a fast reader, too.
PS Did anyone else think the beginning of this book was a little...less....interesting than Twilight? Maybe because the romance wasn't part of it. It took me awhile to connect to Jacob. I like him now.

I'll throw in an extra entry for posting it on your side bar! Thanks for doing that!

Yes, book two was a lil bit slower at first, but picks up nicely. TOTALLY leaves you hanging so you better get your hands on #3!!! I hear on the husband front! I read all four books in four days....and my husband was losing patience!! When I get into a book - forgettaboutit!!!! I'm so glad I didn't discover these until they all came out!!

New Moon is different from Twilight...but keep reading...keep on going...you'll have a "reward" for your perseverance.
You need to read New Moon twice.
I was so upset that I never gave Jacob a fair shot.
I know you will love these!!! I thought the 4th book was really the best, and the 1st a veryyy close second.
Enjoy!

I will be honest, I struggled thought the beginnings of book 2 & 3, but half way through got into both books.
When I read 4, I totally loved it. It was everything I wanted the series to be & made me enjoy the others more.
I ended up reading the Host as well. I almost gave up on it at least 3 times. By the end I totally loved it & keep thinking about.
Not sure what is it about Meyers. It seems she kind of drags out plot lines, but by the end her worlds are so fantastic & believable (from all the details) that you end up loving her books.
