need some advice

I will admit, I am a compulsive snacker. It's not really that I'm bored even, but I really am hungry every few hours. I don't want a lot of snacks, I just want something filling. However, I'm sure that has added up the 2 pound weight gain (double boo, one for each pound). Now I'm trying not to obsess, but it's hard. I think about just not eating at all, but I know that would last until tomorrow when I wake up. So do you have any snack ideas that are low calorie (as in 100 or less?) but still filling??? I really need some guidance here.

When I was trying to eat healthy, I'd allott myself like 7 crackers.. that normally was filling enough, but was also pretty healthy (saltines). Of course that doesnt work if you dont like saltines.

To fill you up though.. try stuff with protein.. meat stuff fills you up more, so maybe try snacking on the thin sliced ham.. my mom used to do that.

Honestly.. for me, the best thing is fruit that has lots of water in it.. like pears. It doesn't keep you full for long but sometimes it's enough to hold till the next meal. Also.. I love string cheese and there aren't too many calories in those either. :)

try vanilla yogurt and raisin bran mixed together....amazing!!! also a great thing is a graham cracker. sometimes what really helps me is to just drink LOTS of water....when you drink water, your stomach is temporarily full....so if you keep yourself well hydrated there should be less of a desire to keep munching also try having a low-fat hard candy or chewing gum....
